Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Meta lead generation and related digital marketing services by RevRepeat. This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of both parties and constitutes the entire legal agreement between them.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of Meta lead generation and related digital marketing services ("Services") by RevRepeat ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you", "your", "Client"). By completing your payment and ticking the mandatory confirmation checkbox at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. Completion of payment constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

Services Provided

RevRepeat provides done-for-you Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management, including campaign setup, ad creative production, lead funnel creation, automated follow-up sequences, and access to the RevRepeat CRM system. The specific scope of Services is as described on our website at the time of purchase.

2.

Fees, Billing, and Payment

  • 2.1 Management Fee. You agree to pay the monthly management fee (£197/month or £397/month, as selected at checkout). This fee covers the Services provided by RevRepeat and does not include Meta advertising spend.
  • 2.2 Ad Spend. Your Meta advertising spend is paid directly by you to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). RevRepeat does not receive, hold, or take any percentage of your ad spend. You are solely responsible for managing your ad budget with Meta.
  • 2.3 Billing Cycle. Your management fee is billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your initial payment.
  • 2.4 Checkout Confirmation. A mandatory checkbox is presented at checkout. By ticking this box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. This action constitutes a binding contract between you and RevRepeat.

14-Day Results Guarantee

  • 3.1 The Guarantee. RevRepeat offers a conditional 14-Day Results Guarantee. Our commitment is: "If you don't see results within 14 days, you don't pay."
  • 3.2 Definition of Results. For the purposes of this guarantee, "results" means the generation of at least one (1) lead within the first 14 calendar days of your campaign going live. A "lead" is defined as a person who submits their name along with their phone number or email address via the Meta lead form or RevRepeat landing page.
  • 3.3 Refund Entitlement. If zero (0) leads are generated within the first 14 days of the campaign being live, and all qualifying conditions in Clause 3.4 are met, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial management fee.

3.4 Qualifying Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • 3.5 Guarantee Void. If even one (1) lead is received within the 14-day period, the guarantee is fulfilled and rendered void. No refund will be due under any circumstances where at least one lead has been generated.
  • 3.6 Scope of Guarantee. The guarantee applies exclusively to the RevRepeat management fee. It does not cover Meta advertising spend, which is paid directly to Meta and is entirely outside of RevRepeat's control.
Guarantee Condition Summary

The 14-day money-back guarantee requires a minimum of £30 per day in Meta Ad Spend throughout the full 14-day post-launch period. If zero leads are generated and all conditions are met, a full refund of the management fee is owed. The guarantee does not cover Ad Spend paid to Meta.

4.

Refund Policy

  • 4.1 General Non-Refundability. The management fee is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the specific conditions of the 14-Day Results Guarantee (Clause 3) are met.
  • 4.2 Recurring Payments. All recurring and renewal management fee payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
  • 4.3 Ad Spend. No refunds will be provided by RevRepeat for any Meta advertising spend, as this is paid directly to a third party (Meta) and is outside of RevRepeat's control.
  • 4.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of these Terms. It will result in the immediate suspension of all Services and may result in legal action to recover outstanding fees, chargeback costs, and any associated legal expenses.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If the Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, RevRepeat reserves the right to contest the chargeback in full and provide all evidence of service delivery. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all Services, and may result in legal action to recover costs incurred by RevRepeat.

5.

Client Obligations

To ensure the effective delivery of Services, you agree to:

  • 5.1 Maintain the agreed minimum ad spend of £30/day on Meta to allow campaigns to run and optimise effectively.
  • 5.2 Complete all onboarding steps promptly, including providing necessary access to Meta Business Manager, creative assets, and any other information reasonably requested by RevRepeat.
  • 5.3 Follow up promptly with all leads generated by the campaigns. RevRepeat accepts no responsibility for leads that go cold or unconverted due to delayed or absent follow-up by the Client.

No Guarantees on Volume, Quality, or Sales Outcomes

RevRepeat does not guarantee any specific volume of leads, the quality or purchase intent of individual leads, or any specific sales outcomes, revenue, or return on investment resulting from the Services. Any case studies, testimonials, or examples of past results shared by RevRepeat are individual client results and do not constitute a guarantee of what you will achieve. Past results do not guarantee future results. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, industry, location, ad spend, offer quality, and the Client's own sales process.

No Results Guarantee

The management fee is charged for the provision of the Services, not for the achievement of any particular commercial outcome. RevRepeat shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations upon delivery of the agreed Services, irrespective of the commercial results achieved by the Client.

7.

Cancellation

  • 7.1 Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitment periods.
  • 7.2 Access Post-Cancellation. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
  • 7.3 No Partial Refunds. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
8.

Termination by RevRepeat

RevRepeat reserves the right to terminate or immediately suspend Services, without prior notice or refund, under any of the following circumstances:

  • 8.1 Non-payment or failure to maintain the agreed management fee.
  • 8.2 Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • 8.3 Abusive, threatening, harassing, or unprofessional behaviour directed at any RevRepeat staff member.
  • 8.4 Suspension or banning of your Meta ad account by Meta, where this prevents RevRepeat from delivering the Services.
  • 8.5 Any other material breach of these Terms.
9.

Service Hours

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST as applicable), excluding UK public bank holidays. All communications, campaign adjustments, and support responses will be handled during these hours.

10.

Intellectual Property

All ad creatives, copy, funnel assets, and campaign materials produced by RevRepeat remain the intellectual property of RevRepeat until all outstanding fees have been paid in full. Upon full payment, a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for the purposes of the campaign is granted to the Client.

11.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevRepeat's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total management fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. RevRepeat shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

12.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Changes to These Terms

RevRepeat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
